Pancakes with a Purpose – IOU Pancake Day

Every year since 2006, IHOP has celebrated National Pancake Day (NPD) by giving guests a free short stack of pancakes in exchange for a donation to their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

This year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it seemed that Pancake Day would not be possible. But…IHOP took an innovative approach and decided to flip it and celebrate NPD all month long with an IOU! From April 1-30, guests can donate to their local CMN Hospital and redeem a coupon for their pancakes. This IOU creates a month long impact for the kids!

At CHOC, we are beyond excited for the dedication IHOP and they’re Team Members have for helping the children and families in our community! Kids like Baby K – who’s directly benefited from funds raised by IHOP and who loves visiting our local restaurants. And, while this year’s fundraising campaign might look a little different, all of us at CHOC, including our Miracle Families, continue to support and cheer on IHOP all month long.
