TitanTHON Goes Virtual – Raising $36,092.84 For the Kids!

Each year students at Cal State Fullerton commit to join a movement to make a difference in the lives of children and families being served by CHOC. This year in response to COVID-19, the incredible TitanTHON team adapted and held a virtual event.

With the knowledge that Kids Can’t Wait, the traditionally in-person dance marathon event went live as a six hour virtual event on Friday, April 16th. Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, TitanTHON 2021 raised $36,092.84 for CHOC!

TitanTHON started at Cal State Fullerton in 2013 and has raised over a quarter of a million dollars in support of CHOC. TitanTHON is a completely student run movement where participants not only spread awareness about the health and well-being of children in their community, but also fundraise to support those children as they receive care at their local children’s hospital – CHOC.

Congratulations to all TitanTHON participants and supporters for overcoming the challenges presented by COVID-19 and having another great year of fundraising FOR THE KIDS!
